Jan de Haan, conductor and concert band composer, founded De Haske publishers in 1983. Browse our sheet music and scores, and explore all his works for wind instruments, including the Listen, Read & Play series and Essential Elements, which is now published under the Hal Leonard umbrella.
At first, Jan de Haan only published his own works, however soon other young and talented composers followed, including his brother Jacob de Haan and the Belgian composer Jan Van der Roost. It was not only in Holland that De Haske made a name for itself, in 1989 the first branch was opened in Switzerland, and shortly after in the US, Germany, France, Italy and Great Britain.
