Classical Music for Children

A treasure for performances in schools and music schools: 25 easy pieces from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods in the first three fingerings of the first layer, playable for violin pupils from the second year of instruction.

The aim of is to facilitate access to the classical masterpieces of concert literature and to promote the enjoyment of classical music through such simplified arrangements. The enclosed CD makes it easier to get to grips with the pieces. On the one hand it offers the possibility to listen to and get to know the pieces in advance, on the other hand the separate piano accompaniments enable first experiences in playing together and convey lively joy in making music. When recording the CD, a conscious decision was made to use moderate tempos in order to make it easier for the young violinists to play along with the piano part. A treasure trove for preludes in school and music school.
