Hyde Park Overture

A soft motif repeats on other intervals in many voices leading to a rhythmic development section with sharp brass accents and quick woodwind runs. A beautiful melodic trumpet solo begins the next lyrical section which returns to a full recapitulation of the contrapuntal material.
