De retorica for Brass Quintet

By taking the classical speech structure as a base, this work wants to make an equivalence between music and words, and tries to validate a thesis with a complete speech structure: introduction, thesis, argumentation, refutation. Written in a quite virtuous manner, it takes the most characteristic elements of the brass instruments and gives them a big impulse, so they almost reach their limit, and looks for the opposition between ensemble (understanding) and solo (strength, valid argument).
