Dave Gale is an award-winning composer, arranger and orchestrator. He has composed and produced the scores to hundreds of hours of television, most notably the BBC Television Series ‘Days that Shook the World’, for which he won an EMMY in 2004. He also went on to compose a score for the BAFTA nominated and EMMY award winning series, ‘Simon Schama’s Power of Art’. As well as his composition work, he has been a professor at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama since 1992, where he continues to lecture in Composition for Media and Arranging for Wind, Brass and Percussion. With a passion for vintage synthesizers and studio equipment, Dave composes from his private studio in leafy Surrey.
