Moses and Ramses

Moses, who left the country after a dispute with young Ramses and all his people, Israel, is the subject of the Old Testament and the 1965 film "The Ten Commandments", which Satoshi Yagisawa translated into the images of this monumental film in his characteristic dramatic style: The musical images show the royal court, the architectural splendour of ancient Egypt, the enslaved people of Israel and of course the flight with the climax when Moses divides the sea. A magnificent spectacle!
