The Yellowstone Fires

The Yellowstone Fires is the second of four pieces composed in Dan Welcher's Places of the West series, now available in a study score. It attempts to describe not only the destruction of the 1988 fir es in Yellowstone National Park, but also nature's unfaltering ability to survive and renew itself.
