Annäherungen an Max Reger

This collection of essays originated in a small Reger symposium held alongside a number of concerts at the “Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy” University of Music and Theatre in Leipzig as part of the “Max-Reger-Forum Leipzig 2009”. The volume is divided into two thematic blocks: “Reger and the Arts” and “Issues in performing Reger”, and includes contributions from Ulrich Mosch, Susanne Popp, Kurt Seibert, Christopher Anderson, Gesine Schröder, Marina Sichardt, Eszter Fontana and Martin Krumbiegel – academics and artists united in reflections on Max Reger.
