“This work is divided into three movements:, Recruitment‘,, Separation‘,,Deployment‘ and impresses above all through its skillful use of different rhythmic elements and beautiful melodies that wander elegantly through the individual instruments. The use of humourous quotes makes for enjoyable playing and listening. A successful melding of elements typical of marching music, fi lm music and contemporary music result in a very beautiful work that will certainly fi nd a permanent place in the standard repertoire of many wind quintets.” (The jury)
