Symphony g-minor KV550

Mozart's G minor symphony is not only one of his best-known orchestral works, but also one of the most popular classical compositions of all time. This is mainly due to the first movement, which is as energetic as it is rapturous and presented here in an exemplary arrangement for four-handed organ.

The transcription, created with great musical empathy, preserves the original character of the movement, but gives it a completely new appeal by effectively using the tonal possibilities of the (two-manual) organ.
