Like a Mighty Wind

The ballad-like melody and sweeping text give this anthem a timeless quality, though both elements are brand new. The SATB writing occurs only in spots, the rest is unison and two-part writing. Suitable for Pentecost or general use, there are optional parts for violin and cello.
