The unusual choice of soloist makes this an interesting composition. Using the full range of the instrument, this piece moves through many moods allowing the soloist a full range of expression. Rich chords, soaring melodic lines, and the wide range make this a serious challenge for the player. Suitable for players of approximately Grade 7 and above.
