A crossover version of the world-famous aria "ombra mai fu" from the opera "Xerxes", better known as "Largo" by G.F. Handel (1685-1759). In the first part of the arrangement, a trumpet takes on the solo part. The incredibly intense and moving mood that this piece can radiate can be clearly felt - and heard.
