Endlich gibt es ein interessantes und jedoch gut spielbares Konzert für dieses unterbewertete Blasinstrument. Das Konzert ist geschrieben für den portugiesischen Tubaspieler Adélio Carneiro dem es auch gewidmet ist. Der Komponist Carlos Marques, der schon einige erfolgreiche Kompositionen wie ‘Cassiopeia' und ‘Transit of Venus' für den Molenaar Verlag komponiert hat, bürgt wieder für eine zugängliche und ausgezeichnete Instrumentation.
