Le Migyur ou abominable homme de neige (yeti), un primate gigantesque de légende dans le Himalaya, ressemble l’imaginaire Bigfoot américain et est toujours considéré comme un mythe par la science. Ceci n’est pas le cas parmi la population locale, qui croit toujours en son existence. Migyur a été écrit à la commande de la Nationaal Jeugd Fanfare Orkest (Fanfare Nationale de Jeunesse) sous la direction de Danny Oosterman à l’occasion de son 50ième anniversaire en 2009.
